TEUTON TEUTON ÜBER ALLES!

Almost a year from its introduction, the Teuton, pressure reducing valve with diaphragm PN 40, and incorporated filter, suitable to reduce inlet pressures up to 40 bar, takes its first and excellent giant steps. And, speaking of excellence, it is impossible to not take into consideration all of the working conditions in which the product operates
Officine Rigamonti developed the “Teuton” design with the firm belief that such an article of excellence, other than working in technical “laboratory” conditions, as defined by regulation EN 1567, would have been capable of brilliantly passing the tests performed in operational and environmental conditions which decisively result as being different and, therefore, not reproducible in any hydraulic laboratory. For this reason, thanks to the forward looking of the company and the high quality standards of Teuton, the collaboration with ENIA spa was established, a Municipalised company that operates in the public service sector in the provinces of Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia, provinces where some sites were identified for this purpose, which proved to be interesting for their hydrological characteristics: steady dynamic pressures up to 45 bar, water flow speed higher than 5 m/sec and temperatures close to “zero”: in these conditions, the increase to the calculation equal to 30% utilised to measure the Teuton pressure reducers certainly cannot be considered excessive.
Thanks to Teuton, German by name, Italian technology and spirit of the Piedmont region in Italy, today, finally, we can say that we have taken all of the precautions that elapse between the idea, the design and the manufacturing process.
